- Our newly renovated condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit capable of sleeping up to 8 people located just off of Green Mountain Drive on Thousand Hills Golf Course with easy access to all Branson shows and attractions. Although located right in the heart of town, it has a quiet, country feel that is very relaxing.
- The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a master bath with jetted tub shared with the living room.
- The second bedroom is a lockout bedroom that has its own bath, separate dressing table, a closet, and a pull out couch that makes into a queen bed.
- Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen TVs.
- The living room has a pull out couch that makes into a queen bed and a 65″ flat-screen smart TV that sits on a LED fireplace stand.
- High speed Internet is available to guests in the condo via WIFI.
- The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, as well as pans and utensils.
- There is a new stacked washer and dryer available to guests in the condo.
- All booking, check in & out, stay, maintenance, and cleaning needs are managed through a professional management company who will handle all of your needs.
- The management company offers free tickets to select shows and attractions with your stay that vary depending on the time of year of your booking.

About us and our condo...
I have been traveling to Branson and enjoying what it has to offer for well over 20 years now and for much of that time have traveled there with my Sister, Brother-in-law, Nephew, and Niece. We rented this condo for many years as it fit our needs perfectly and when it came available for sale a few years ago, I bought it! We now spend 30 – 40 days per year there and now after retiring, I hope to spend more.
To help defer costs, I make the condo available for nightly rentals and since we live in Texas, I knew it would not be feasible to do the rentals myself. In order to get the best possible service for our guests, I contracted with a local Branson nightly rental management company to manage rentals for me.
